How long will it take before I receive my order?
Your Xpressit Designs product is being mailed to you via the United States Postal Service. It will take 2-4 business days from the date it is mailed to receive your order.

What if my belt is the wrong size or I want a different color?
If you receive your belt and you would like a different color or you require a different size, you can take advantage of our Return/Exchange policy.

Can I order more Twistonz after I have purchased and received my belt?
Of course! You can come back at any time and purchase Twistonz separately.

Can I find an Xpressit Designs product in a store?
We are currently working on making our products available in various stores, so keep checking back!

How do the Twistonz work?
They simply twist on from the back using a small screw. A penny helps secure the screw in place!

What if I want a Twistonz with a particular word that Xpressit Designs does not offer?
